Uninstall
- Navigate to AdminCP > Add-ons and click Uninstall next to [MC] Social Profiles.
- Confirm the uninstall when prompted.
The uninstall steps drop xf_mc_social_platform and xf_mc_social_profile. Member-entered handles are deleted along with the platform catalogue.
Before you uninstall
If you intend to reinstall the add-on later and want to preserve members' handles, take a database dump of xf_mc_social_profile and xf_mc_social_platform first. The install does not restore from a previous run.
The legacy ah_* custom user fields, if they were on the board before the add-on was installed, are not recreated by the uninstall.
