Uninstall

  1. Navigate to AdminCP > Add-ons and click Uninstall next to [MC] Search Analytics.
  2. Confirm the uninstall when prompted.

The uninstall steps drop the five xf_mc_sa_* tables (log, aggregate, cluster, trending snapshot, denylist), drop the mcsa_widget_optin column from xf_user_option, remove the five cron entries, and delete the options, phrases, templates, and widget definitions.

What is not removed​

  • The add-on directory at src/addons/MC/SearchAnalytics/. Delete it from disk after uninstall if you want it gone.
  • Widget placements bound to the removed widget definitions disappear from any widget position they were placed on. Other widgets are unaffected.

Before you uninstall​

Captured rows in the log, aggregate, cluster, trending, and denylist tables are deleted. Export anything you want to keep first.
