Overview
AdminCP > Logs > Search Analytics. The landing dashboard for captured search activity. Every other dashboard is reachable from the tab strip at the top.
What it shows
| Card | Meaning |

| Unique queries | Distinct normalised queries in the range. |
| Unique searchers | Distinct users plus distinct guest IP hashes. |
| Zero-result rate | Share of captured searches that returned no results. |
| Daily search volume | Stacked area chart by search type over the range. |
| Top searchers | Members ranked by attributed search count. Empty unless Attribute searches to users is on. |
| Search type breakdown | Per-type counts and share for the range. |
| Top zero-result preview | First few zero-result queries; full list lives on the Zero results tab. |
Date range
The date range picker offers 7, 30, and 90 day presets plus a custom range. Custom ranges are capped at Raw log retention for detail views and at Aggregate retention for chart views. A "capped to raw retention" hint appears when the cap is applied.
When the dashboard looks empty
- Capture is disabled (Enable capturing off).
- The buffer has not flushed yet. Default flush is up to 30 seconds after the buffer fills or the maximum age is reached.
- The Daily rollup cron has not run yet. Raw rows are visible in lists but chart counts derive from the aggregate.
- All captured searches were excluded by user group, denylist, or minimum query length.
